Return Policy

Oxford & Leeds, Ltd. will accept returns within 30 days of shipment.
The shoes must be returned in the condition received.
This means, "unworn", "free from wear" or in "store bought condition".

Oxford & Leeds recommends trying the shoes on at home on carpeting to make sure the fit and feel is what is best for you.

Oxford & Leeds, Ltd. will not accept any shoes returned worn or soiled.
Shipments received worn or soiled will be returned to customer.

No Refunds will be issued without prior authorization.
Please print out the Return Authorization Form and then email us at chooz@oxford-leeds.com or call us at 888-398-0536 to receive an authorization number.
Shipments received without the authorization form and number will be returned to customer.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returns.

Oxford & Leeds recommends shipment by US Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Please ship only fully insured Parcel Post.
Oxford & Leeds is not responsible for shoes lost in shipment.

Refunds will be issued when the shoes are returned.
