Exchange and Return Policy

Oxford & Leeds, Ltd will accept size exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase.

The shoes must be returned in the condition they were received.

This means, “unworn”,  “free from wear” or “in store bought condition”

Oxford & Leeds, Ltd. recommends trying the shoes on at home on carpeting to make sure the fit and feel

is what is best for you.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges of exchanges and returns.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a Manufacturer Defect or material failure occurs within 30 days or product purchase, Oxford & Leeds, Ltd. will replace

or repair the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.

If a Manufacturer Defect or material failure occurs between 31 to 120 days of product purchase, Oxford & Leeds, Ltd

will replace or repair the product free of charge.

No Exchanges or refunds will be issued for the following:

Unusual Product Damage (acid or chemical damage, burns, cuts, etc.)

Irregular or Unsatisfactory shoes if worn or soiled

Excessive Wear

Shipments received in these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Oxford & Leeds, Ltd. will reimburse shipping charges to return products due to Manufacturer Defects.

Payment Receipt for charges must be submitted to Oxford & Leeds before reimbursement will be issued.
