If a Manufacturer Defect or material failure occurs within 30 days of product purchase, Oxford & Leeds will repair or replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.
If a Manufacturer Defect or material failure occurs between 31 to 120 days of product purchase, Oxford & Leeds will repair or replace the product free of charge.
No exchanges or refunds will be issued for the following:
unusual product damage (acid or chemical damage, burns, cuts, etc.)
irregular or unsatisfactory shoes if worn or soiled,
excessive wear.
Shipments received in these conditions will be returned to the customer.
No exchanges or refunds will be issued without prior authorization.

Shipments received without the authorization form and number will be returned to the customer.
Oxford & Leeds will reimburse shipping charges to return products due to Manufacturing defect.
Payment receipt for charges must be submitted to Oxford & Leeds before reimbursement will be issued.
Oxford & Leeds recommends shipment by US Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Please ship only fully insured Parcel Post.
Oxford & Leeds is not responsible for shoes lost in shipment.
Exchanges or refunds will be issued when the shoes are returned.
